If the validation tool indicates your file is not a Trusted Digital Document, we can't attest for the files integrity, time of registration and the registering party. It could be an attempted fraud.
However, there may of course be something else has gone wrong. The issuing party may have forgotten to register the file, or there may have been unintentional changes after registration, such as changing the file name. We advise you to contact the issuing party to make sure the recieved file is indeed the original unaltered version.
If you are under the impression it concerns an attempted fraud, please contact us and we will be happy to help you. You can contact us at [email protected] or use the contact form on our website. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
